So did you buy one of the Jeeps? I hate to see you up and down on the emotianal roller coaster thinking it is sold and then it doesn't happen. Why can't people just do what they say they are going to do?

Fortunately I didn't loose any money on either Jeep. One of the guys admited to me that he was trying to scam me the whole time after I called him out on it. Amazing what some people will do. I ended up buying one locally. Pretty nice jeep, but it's a 4 banger.

In regards to the kit...I'll be taking more pictures this weekend. The guy who bought it is pretty good with E-bay so it should be back on shortly. I'd really like to buy the Hum-J 7 that's on E-bay but I don't think the wife is going to allow it. We'll work on it.

It never ceases to amaze me on how difficult this has been to sell.

Thanks for your thoughts guys

Nope...Phillip the guy who bought it has been really stand up. He's just been dealt a bad deck of cards. I sure hope "we" can sell it. It's looks like we have a bid on it so let's hope it works out.

The new owner arrived from New York about 5:45 this morning. After about an hour and 15 minutes of loading they were on their way. It was so fitting that the last 10-15 minutes it started to down pour.

If you read this Lance, good luck on the build. You seem like a great guy and hope I can make it out to your neck of the woods when it's done to take it for a spin.

I'm sure I'll still be poking around the forum from time to time but it's been real guys. Thanks for all of your help and good luck with all of your builds.

Hank you will be missed. When you get your dream Jeep, let us see what you got.

Lance - Replacing the computer wiring harness was a snap. I purchased a harness from Howell Engineering for mine. They do a lot of Corvette stuff, but they do other GM motors also. Had it plugged in quickly (30 mintes or less). The remainder only had 4 wires to hook up. Let me know if you need help finding them. They were about $300 less than Painless Wiring for a comparable kit. There were also some a little cheaper, but who knows what kind of wire they use. Getting a replacement computer is more difficult because you need to match the motor and transmission.
